Spearheaded the visual design and production of district-wide communications while serving as Graphic Designer & Program Assistant at Palo Alto Unified School District (PAUSD). Developed scalable publication systems and marketing collateral that fulfilled two primary district priorities: elevating student awareness and enrollment in Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways, and presenting annual equity and performance metrics to the Board of Education via the PAUSD Promise Progress Report.

Multi-page comprehensive handbook outlining career and technical education pathways for middle and high school students across the district. Structured complex course information into an intuitive visual hierarchy with custom typography and clear color coding. Distributed digitally as an accessible PDF and printed for district-wide student distribution.
Student Pathway & Recruitment Brochure
An informational tri-fold/booklet targeted at prospective students and parents to elevate awareness of PAUSD’s CTE programs. Focused on engaging imagery, digestible pathway diagrams, and concise call-to-action messaging to encourage enrollment in specialized vocational and technical tracks.

Information Architecture, Data Visualization, Editorial Design Developed a flagship executive publication presenting the district’s core strategic priorities, equity goals, and annual metric achievements. Translated complex demographic and educational performance data into clear charts, infographics, and accessible layouts distributed to all school sites and community partners.
